For this residence on the edge of Turnbull Wildlife Sanctuary, the goal was to integrate the site into the environment of rock cliff and marshland, while adding Japanese themed elements to complement the architect’s vision of contemporary Japanese style.

 Project Details:

  • Usage of Japanese character ‘East’ in theme
  • Drive over bridge designed into water feature
  • 4X10 tube steel custom bridge and gate with built in lighting
  • No-hinge automatic gate
  • 8’ deep pond – moose approved
  • Cut granite light fixtures
  • Native-to-site basalt outcroppings
